By accessing or using the Metafiles application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Metafiles provides an intelligence and organizational layer on top of Google Drive. The Service allows users to manage metadata, organize files, and create public upload portals connected to their Google Drive accounts.
Our Service requires integration with your Google Account and Google Drive. By authenticating via Google OAuth, you grant us permission to access, read, write, and manage the files within your Google Drive as strictly necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Metafiles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Metafiles, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@metafiles.com.
